Inside Sales Representative (SC)
Kryger Glass is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Sioux City market. We are a retail and distribution auto glass company with locations throughout the Midwest and have been in business for over 65 years.
This is a part-time hourly position. Ideal schedule would be M-F, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, but we are flexible.
Pay is $10.50 / hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
o Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders and/or gives quotes
o Determines charges for parts requested
o Accounts receivable duties include; collects deposits, prepares change of address records, collections of past due accounts, applying payment to accounts.
o Solicits sale of new or additional customers.
o Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
o Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications include the following:
o Customer Service Skills: manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs
o Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
o Strong organizational skills
o Is consistently at work and on time
