Providing environmental engineering related support and leadership for several sites;
Dealing with regulatory agencies;
Insuring compliance to all permits and regulations;
Monitoring and auditing all discharge streams;
Implementing all pollution control equipment;
Providing support for process safety management documentation;
Acting as the environmental subject matter expert for the company;
Performing other non-environmental related equipment and process engineering projects as needed.
EDUCATION; 4-year degree required. Chemical/Environmental/Process/Product/Facilities Engineering preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
4
years of Process Engineering, Product Engineering or Facilities Engineering in a Chemical Industrial environment;
OR:
One or more years of experience in Environmental Engineering with a Chemical Engineering degree;
OR:
3
years in Process Engineering;
Knowledge and familiarity with discharge streams, environmental audits, discharge control solutions, point source process re-engineering and emission collection and control devices, regulatory agencies reporting, EPA, state DNRs, county governments, and city governments.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
