Establishing and maintaining the Quality Systems to ensure all Product, process, and Raw Materials specifications are met;
Leading all product related regulatory activities, FDA, USDA, ISO, GMP, etc.;
Customer Support and resolution of any field failures;
Setting Quality Control standards and implementing processes to insure shipments meet those standards;
Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering development and implementation of strategies and systems;
Developing data capture and analysis systems to support Quality performance with the assistance of IT and Process Engineering;
Supporting New Product introductions.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5
years of related experience in an FDA, USDA regulated environment;
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma;
Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) and GMP experience;
Strong leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
