80 an hour Palmer Candy is looking for Line Support Team Members for our Bluff St plant.
The starting pay for this position is $18.
80 per hour, 1st shift will work Monday-Friday.
Monday-Thursday hours are 6:
00 am- 4:
30 pm with Friday hours varying from 6 to 10-hour shifts.
Saturday hours may be scheduled due to business needs.
Team Member's will be notified by plant management if schedules were to change outside of the times listed above.

being a member of the Repack Team requires an individual to succeed in a fast-paced environment where being part of the team is important.
This Team Member will work within established guidelines and standards to produce the highest quality product in a safe and clean environment.
Learn to operate machines safely and efficiently.
Package products.
Prepare supplies, products and set up appropriate equipment.
Inspect products for quality.
Make cases for product whenever possible.
Correctly record lot numbers, date codes and other product information.
Keep a count on finished products.
Check scales to ensure correct weights.
Routinely check metal detectors are in working order.
Troubleshoot machine problems as they arise.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Perform proper allergen and product washes.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure product meets specifications.
Check equipment to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations.
Maintain appropriate inventory counts of products.
Pull full loads to the warehouse with hand jack or power jack.
Assist and work alongside others on the line.
Train other employees as needed.
Other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or management.
Knowledge/Skill/Abilities Ability to communicate effectively across all functions within the plant and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with individuals at all levels.
Great attention to detail.
Ability to work overtime as needed and as required.
Ability to maintain acceptable standards of conduct.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements Lift 5 - 25 pounds frequently and up to 40 - 50 pounds occasionally.
Standing for long periods of time, 8-11 hours per day.
Repetitive motion and fast paced movement.
Ability to handle, control and/or feel objects/product.
Continual use of hands to handle, control or feel objects.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
