Summary:
As an Overnight Nurse, you provide quality care to residents while ensuring all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards are met.
Qualifications:
Hold current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility.
Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
