Chief Financial Officer
IMKO Pro is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer to join a long-established Siouxland non-profit organization.
Chief Financial Officer will maintain the integrity of financial operations as a successor to the current and soon-to-retire Chief Financial Officer.
CFO will effectively plan, direct, and coordinate all activities of the accounting department.
Responsibilities:
Direct prepare fiscal record reports Develop and direct adequate financial procedures to provide the basis for management decisions Analyze, report, and advise CEO on plans, projects, and functions of the department Monitor & evaluate operating budgets in order to maintain financial performance within projected & approved parameters Ensure that all financial reports are prepared & submitted to management & governmental agencies as required Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting CPA or equivalent education and/or experience Excellent written & verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills This is a permanent position within our client's organization.
