Sioux City, Iowa Job Summary The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with technical support help by telephone.
This role would also require the occasional travel to job sites to assist in installation, site commissioning, and addressing product issues.
This position will involve supporting all of the company products.
Job Function and Responsibilities Assist Customers and Dealers with diagnosing problems, operation of product, finding parts and/or part numbers for any of the products Supporting other employees with product questions Utilizing the Cisco phone system and answering calls through the Technical Support line Assist dealers on site visits when necessary for product support Assist Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Sales to improve or correct issues with products Keep up to date with product changes Qualifications and Experience Three years experience troubleshooting in mechanical and electrical related fields - industrial controls, PLC programming Ag industry experience or farm background preferred Ability to meet requirements to drive a company vehicle Approximately 25% travel is required (minimum over night) Experience with Microsoft Office Education Technical Associates degree (electronics preferred) Minimum Recommended Skills Agriculture Cisco Electronics Manufacturing Microsoft Office Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
